GRN Community Service Board
GRN CSB
Gwinnett-Rockdale-Newton
The GRN Community Service Board is a public agency created by state law to provide mental health, developmental disabilities, and addictive diseases services. We have been providing these services since 1976.
GRN is governed by a 15-member Board of Directors, the GRN Board of Directors. The members are appointed by the County Board of Commissioners from either Gwinnett, Rockdale, or Newton Counties. As a group, the members reflect the social and demographic characteristics of the three counties and represent the interests of those we serve.
In compliance with the Georgia Department of Human Resources Directive #66811.1, GRN requires verification of lawful presence in the United States for adults seeking non-emergency services.
